Covenant - _________ Treaty of Alliance

This Treaty of Alliance (Treaty) is hereby signed between Carnifex, Prophet of Covenant and______________, _________of _________. All members of ___ and Covenant agree to adhere to both the letter and the spirit of this agreement until such time as it is made null and void by written agreement.

1.0 Identification of Participants
1.1 This Treaty pertains to all those under the auspices of___ or Covenant. Military action will be taken in no part by members of ___ against Covenant, nor will military action be taken by members of Covenant against ______.

1.2 In the event that a member of _______ chooses to leave ______ for any reason, said individual is no longer protected by this Treaty.
1.3 In the event that a member of Covenant chooses to leave Covenant for any reason, said individual is no longer protected by this Treaty.
1.4 Hostilities against Non-Member Individuals (Individual) must cease immediately upon said Individual joining either signatory party. Further direct contact between Individuals and their opposing factions will cease immediately.

2.0 Treaty of Alliance
2.1 Obligations of __________
2.1a No member of _____ will knowingly take offensive military measures against any member of Covenant or knowingly assist such measures, including through the use of resource support.
2.1b ________ leadership will take reasonable effort to accommodate investigations into claims of treaty-breaking on the part of ______ members against members of Covenant.
2.1c ________ will refrain from taking unprovoked offensive measures against allies of Covenant until such time as Prophet of Covenant has been contacted and made aware. This Treaty does in no way inhibit ______ from taking full defensive measures against allies of Covenant, up to and including reciprocal strikes. In the event that war breaks out between _____ and another ally of Covenant, Covenant will remain neutral and send neither military nor economic aid to either side.
2.1d ______ is in no way required to assist Covenant in offensive campaigns, economically or militarily, as a result of this Treaty.
2.1e ____ will lend or donate resources to defensive efforts by Covenant to the best of their ability, in the event that Covenant is attacked by another League.
2.1f Members of Covenant will be considered members of ______ for purposes of trade practices, and will be offered the same trade ratio as full members of _____.
2.2 Obligations of Covenant
2.2a No member of Covenant will knowingly take offensive military measures against any member of _____ or knowingly assist such measures, including through the use of resources support.
2.2b Covenant leadership will take reasonable effort to accommodate investigations into claims of treaty-breaking on the part of Covenant members against _____.
2.2c Covenant will refrain from taking unprovoked offensive measures against allies of _____ until such time as the Officers of ________ has been contacted and made aware. This Treaty does in no way inhibit Covenant from taking full defensive measures against allies of ______, up to and including reciprocal strikes. In the event that war breaks out between Covenant and another ally of ______, _______ will remain neutral and send neither military nor economic aid to either side.
2.2d Covenant is in no way required to assist ________ in offensive campaigns, economically or militarily, as a result of this Treaty.
2.2e Covenant will lend or donate resources to defensive efforts by _______ to the best of their ability, in the event that _________ is attacked by another League.
2.2f Members of _____ will be considered members of Covenant for purposes of trade practices, and will be offered the same trade ratio as full members of Covenant.
2.3 This Treaty shall go in to effect immediately upon formal agreement by either the Officers of _____ and the Prophet of Covenant.

3.0 Alterations to Treaty and Treaty Cancellation
3.1 Alterations
3.1a Alterations may be made to this Treaty upon the agreement of both signatories and the Leagues they represent.
3.2 Cancellation
3.2a This Treaty shall be made null-and-void one week after request by one or both parties. During this week no offensive measures are to be taken by one signatory League against the other.
3.2b This Treaty shall be made null-and-void one week after either signatory resigns from the League s/he represents at the time of signing, and must be re-ratified by both parties in the wake of such an event.

4.0 Treaty Breaking
4.1 In the event that an Individual member of ___ attacks a member of Covenant, said Individual will be tried according to ____ regulations. If found guilty, measures will be taken against the Individual up to an including expulsion. Reciprocal payments shall be made by the offending party to the defendant regardless of guilt as determined by trial, upon review and comparison of records from both offender and defendant.
4.2 In the event that an Individual member of Covenant attacks a member of _______, said Individual will be tried according to Covenant regulations. If found guilty, measures will be taken against the Individual up to an including expulsion. Reciprocal payments shall be made by the offending party to the defendant regardless of guilt as determined by trial, upon review and comparison of records from both offender and defendant.
